is equipped with in-house manufacturing set up that is required to perform routine, acceptance & type tests on complete electrical testing & measuring instruments. This full-fledged facility has enabled us to maintain a continuous growth in technology. We are to improve product quality and service by upgrading the manufacturing set-up and employing qualified engineers. Our infrastructure includes following machinery and instruments: 

• Stock of CRGO silicon electrical steel coils in various widths and grades.
• Automatic core winding machines for winding round/rectangular cores.
• Annealing furnace for stress relieving of CRGO electrical steel used in manufacturing of cores. This process enhances the electrical properties of cores.
• Core test set for checking electrical characteristics of cores after annealing.

• Automatic Toroidal copper winding machine.
• Microprocessor based CT test set to check the actual CT errors as per specified standards.
• Resin mixing machine and moulding facility for resin cast CTs.
• Variety of moulds to produce Resin Cast CTs in different configurations. 
• HV test set.
• Ammeters and Voltmeters in various ranges duly callibrated.
